Information displayed on EzyAdmit is either submitted by institutions, sourced from the public domain or provided by users. While we strive to maintain accuracy, EzyAdmit does not guarantee the completeness, timeliness or correctness of such data.
Users are solely responsible for independently verifying all information before making any admission-related decisions. EzyAdmit shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, misrepresentations or consequences resulting from reliance on information displayed on the platform.

- Not share, sell, transfer or misuse any personal data of users received through EzyAdmit, without their explicit consent.
- Implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures to safeguard user data as per applicable laws.
- Independently handle all grievances, admission-related disputes and communication issues with prospective parents or students without involving EzyAdmit as a party.

EzyAdmit neither participates in nor influences any admission process, communication, decision, offer, agreement, or transaction between the two parties.
Dispute Resolution
- In the event of any dispute, grievance, complaint, financial claim, or misunderstanding between a user and an educational institution (including but not limited to issues relating to admission, eligibility, fee payment, refunds, data use, or service delivery), the matter must be resolved directly and independently between the concerned parties.
- EzyAdmit, its affiliates, directors, employees, promoters, representatives, or service providers shall not be made a party to any such dispute or legal proceeding in any forum or jurisdiction.
- EzyAdmit shall not bear any liability or responsibility for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or adverse outcome arising from such engagements between users and institutions.
Indemnification
By using the EzyAdmit platform, both users and educational institutions agree to:
