3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

Users must be at least 18 years of age or use the platform under parental/legal guardian supervision.
You agree to provide accurate, lawful and complete information while using the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.

4. Permitted Use and Restrictions

You may only use EzyAdmit for lawful, non-commercial and educational purposes. You must not:

Misrepresent yourself or any institution
Post or share unlawful, misleading, defamatory or offensive content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt or harm platform systems
Use the platform to promote unauthorized services or products
Violate any applicable law or third-party rights

Violation may result in account suspension, deletion or legal action.

5. Institutional Listings & Responsibilities

If you are registering on behalf of an institution, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the institution.

By creating a profile, you agree to:

Submit only true, up-to-date and complete information
Update your listings regularly, including fee structure, contact details, policies, etc.
Comply with all applicable laws
Use parent/student data only for admission-related communication
Not sell, misuse or share data received through EzyAdmit for unrelated marketing

EzyAdmit may remove or edit listings found to be outdated, misleading or in violation of these Terms.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content created, authored and hosted by EzyAdmit (e.g., UI/UX, software, listings architecture, written text, tools) is the intellectual property of EzyAdmit and protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, reuse, reverse-engineer, distribute or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Content uploaded by institutions remains their responsibility. By submitting content to EzyAdmit, institutions grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display such content on the platform.

7. Feedback and Platform Improvements

Any feedback, suggestions or reviews submitted by users may be used by EzyAdmit to:

Improve platform design, tools and communication
Market non-personal insights or aggregate data for industry understanding

No compensation is owed for unsolicited feedback.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the platform:

If you violate these Terms or applicable laws
If you misuse platform data, impersonate others or abuse institutional or user trust
If your actions create legal, reputational or operational risk

Termination does not limit our right to pursue remedies including legal action or indemnity recovery.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EzyAdmit, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, disputes, liabilities or legal expenses arising from:

Your use of the platform
Any false, misleading or infringing content you provide
Disputes between you and any other user or institution
Violation of these Terms or applicable law

This indemnity obligation continues even after your account is deactivated.

10. Limitation of Liability

Admission decisions or rejection by institutions
Financial losses from decisions made via platform usage
Technical disruptions, outages, data breaches or third-party misuse

Your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the platform.

11. Intellectual Property & Copyright Disclaimer – EzyAdmit

EzyAdmit (“Platform”) is a neutral, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based educational admission aggregator operated by EzyAdmit Digital Education Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The Platform enables discovery, comparison, communication, and application support between Admission Seekers (parents/students/guardians) and Educational Institutions (schools, pre-schools, coaching centres, colleges, universities and educational service providers).

11.1 Ownership of Platform Content

All original content, including but not limited to the software code, database structure, workflows, analytics tools, user interface, branding, written material, and visual designs made available on the EzyAdmit Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of EzyAdmit Digital Education Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and is protected under the Copyright Act and the Trademarks Act and applicable international laws.

No part of this platform may be reproduced, copied, published, reverse-engineered or transmitted in any form without express written permission from the company.

11.2 Third-Party Content & Logos

EzyAdmit displays names, logos, descriptions, admission information or promotional content related to educational institutions or service providers for the limited purpose of enabling admission discovery and comparison, as per the neutral aggregator nature of the Platform.

All institutional names, logos, trademarks and media assets appearing on the Platform remain the sole property of their respective owners.
Such materials are either:
- Uploaded directly by the institutions themselves through their authorized accounts, or
- Collected from publicly available sources, official websites or promotional materials that are intended for public domain visibility, under the doctrine of fair usage.

EzyAdmit does not claim any ownership or endorsement of such third-party materials unless explicitly stated in writing.

11.3 Fair Use and Neutral Representation

EzyAdmit does not alter, repurpose or commercially exploit institutional content beyond its intended informational use. The Platform acts solely as a communication enabler between institutions and admission seekers, without influencing the admission process or promoting any particular brand, board or service provider.

The appearance of any institution or brand on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless officially declared by EzyAdmit.

11.4 Queries Related to Intellectual Property

EzyAdmit is committed to respecting intellectual property rights and displays third-party institutional content only as permitted under informational usage norms or via authorized listings.
